In general we only process data about you that is relevant to give you the best possible experience as a etail user, newsletter subscriber or website user. Our data use never goes beyond what we need for the categories of data below and the purpose of the processing.

Etail customers
When you purchase a product online we will use your name, email, phone number, shipping address and billing address to process your order.
We use the same data to be able to process returns and as a way to communicating with you regarding any questions or comments you may have regarding a product.
The phone number is collected only so that we can send a text message to you when your order has arrived at your pick-up place. Rarely, in case of something important regarding your order, we might send you a text message.
The Table Project does not collect or store any payment information used for payments made for purchases.

If you sign up for our newsletter, we will collect information about your name and email. This is to make it possible for us to send you emails.
Purchase history is stored to provide you with the possibility to review your purchases and returns and for us to send relevant information to you.
Personalised and tailored newsletters
For this purpose we use your name, email address and your activities on the website. This includes how you view different product pages and your interaction with our newsletters.

When you visit thetableproject,dk we use cookies from Shopify to locate from where in the world you are visiting from. The purpose of the processing is to gather data for statistical and marketing purposes. This data does not identify you as an individual.
Storage and sharing of personal data
The Table Project only store and process necessary information about you. When it is no longer needed for the purpose described above the data processed will be deleted.
The Table Project does not share, sell or rent out any of your personal data.
The data vi collect when you sign up for our newsletter is deleted when and if you decide to unsubscribe our newsletter.

You are at any time entitled to access your personal data that are being processed and get information about the data and the purpose of The Table Projects processing the data. You also have the right to have any inaccurate personal data about you rectified as well as you have the right to complete incomplete data.
