We brought our Facet Collection to one of our favourite joints in Copenhagen, Josephine. You find Josephine just south of the city centre, off the beaten track. It’s an old Danish bodega and pub turned into an always crowded neighbourhood wine bar. The wines come from small, primarily European producers, carefully picked out and all with their hearts in the right place. The kitchen focuses on a few snacky savoury dishes and once in a while invite guest chefs from near and far. Enjoy your wine or beer chatting in the cosy burgundy coloured space or while you play a game of pool.
